How to get help

Email is the fastest route and the only one we monitor. Say what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involves a specific report, event, or message, tell us roughly when it happened so we can find it.

Report content or a safety concern

Inside the app you can report a message, a photo, or a leaderboard name, and block another user so their content stops appearing for you. A coach can delete anything posted on a team they run.

Anything urgent — a safety concern involving a child, harassment, or content that should not be on the platform — email info@getrinkiq.com with "URGENT" in the subject. Reports made in the app reach the same place.

Accounts are held by adults

RinkIQ is built for parents, guardians, and coaches. A player profile is created and controlled by an adult, and profiles are private by default — nothing about a child is published unless a parent chooses to publish it, and they can make it private again at any time.

Delete your account or your child's data

You can delete your account yourself from Settings → Delete account, in the app or on the web. That removes your players and their reports. If you would rather we did it, email us from the address on the account.

About the AI reports

Reports are produced by an AI model watching your video. Scores and observations are estimates of what is visible — not instrument measurements, and not medical, diagnostic, or scouting assessments. Use them as a coaching starting point alongside your own eyes and your coach's.

Billing

Subscriptions are handled by Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from Settings. Coaches collecting registration fees are paid into their own Stripe account; if a payment looks wrong, email us with the date and amount.
